Dr. Stephanie is a popular psychotherapist and couples therapist in the Metropolitan Baltimore Washington D.C. Region. Dr. Stephanie teaches how to repair conflicted relationships in both the workplace and the family. Her compassionate and down to earth approach is loved by many of her followers–which she credits to her early years growing up on a Nebraska family farm in an entrepreneurial family.

She has extensive history providing workplace seminars in the Baltimore Washington region, and she has been practicing as a therapist since 1999.Dr. Stephanie has been featured as an expert in Forbes, Time, MSN, on television news channels and on radio shows. She is the author of Relationship Repair for Couples, a book inspired in part by her marriage to Brendan Knarr, a successful sales and business manager. Stephanie copyrighted the concept of having a Relationship Repair Counter™ for workplace, marriage, and family relationships.
Stephanie’s passions are helping people to achieve business success and family success via a culture that supports the constant repair and resolution of relationship problems between team members, family members, and spouses. Raised on a Nebraska farm as the oldest of five children, she attributes her strong work ethic to life growing up on the farm. She is no stranger to adversity, which she discusses in her Make Your Life Matter Motivational Speech Video and attributes her accomplishments to the hard work and perseverance she learned from her own family upbringing.
